The chosen candidate will be responsible for Company registration, administration and documentation.
A consultant with experience in a corporate (& shipping if possible) accounting/law/consulting firm.
Clear understanding of business perspectives and conducting self appropriately. Key Accounts handling and management. Maximize the share of business.
The consultant will deal with marketing the company’s targeting potential clients, business trips, etc., and should be capable of understanding company priorities and interacting to the client likewise.
The consultant should be able to understand what clients wish to improve or what problems they want to solve. This may include reviewing financial statements, evaluating competitors and analyzing business practices. Development of new business model or prepare recommendations and present them to the client.

| Candidate Profile |

Completed Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic credentials

CPA / Law Degree is preferred

10+ years of relevant experience with recent experience and knowledge in Accounting / Law
-
Must have experience working in a consulting/law/accounting environment and delivering services to external clients

Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing)

Familiarity with corporate procedures related to Maltese company ( registration, share capital standards ,change of directors and or shareholders, transfer admin, liquidation, etc )

Experience supporting information security programs for large scale organizations is an asset

Experience developing business and building a practice

Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities

Proven experience executing a client service plan on complex engagements
