Employer Description Our client is a law office practising in the corporate and commercial law fields. The firm is seeking to recruit a secretary to assist our legal associates.
   
Job Description Daily responsibilities include call taking and client reception, the preparation of documentation, handling tasks under the guidance of the legal associates, client support and liaison with regulatory authorities. On the job training will be provided.

The role of Secretary requires a team player capable of supporting the firm's professionals in maintaining a seamless service delivery.

   
Candidate profile The ideal applicant should possess a relevant post-secondary qualification, ideally in financial services or accounting, and fluency in both written and oral English together with another foreign language.  Work experience in a trust management, corporate services or law/audit firm background will be considered an asset.
