Job Description	Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, the role involves working with both employers and job seekers to facilitate a successful match. Responsibilities will include developing, building and sustaining relationships with the agency’s clients whilst assisting in attracting new ones. The selected candidate will also be involved in pre-screening candidates, will assist in the preparation of job descriptions and candidate profiles and will be required to conduct interviews.

Candidate profile	This role calls for a confident individual who enjoys bringing out the best in people and who is looking for autonomy and scope in their role. Preference will be given to applicants who have previous experience in recruitment, coupled with good business development or sales skills.
