Our client is seeking to recruit a lawyer to join its International Tax Department under the firm's tax partner.  The role of tax lawyer involves advising on international tax issues and promises a wide international exposure to the chosen candidate.

This is an exciting opportunity for lawyers working in Big 4 accounting firms to move into the legal practice of taxation with a leading law firm in the world of international tax.

Daily responsibilities include the preparation of corporate documentation for company formations, compliance with statutory requirements, client support and liaison with banks & regulatory authorities.

Working on a full-time basis, the selected candidate will be involved at the inception of every project, preparing business plans and feasibility studies, and seeing the projects through to completion.  This unique post calls for an enthusiastic business-minded individual capable of managing multiple projects, selecting & motivating the members of multi-disciplinary project teams.

The Management Accountant will be mainly responsible for:

• Managing the day to day requirements of the finance department
• Preparing monthly management accounts and other financial reports
• Preparing VAT returns and ensuring compliance with VAT & tax legislation
•  Assisting in preparation of budgets
