Employer Description	Our client, an established law firm operating on an international level is seeking to recruit officers to join its Corporate services Practice.

Job Description	Daily responsibilities include the preparation of corporate documentation for company formations, compliance with statutory requirements, client support and liaison with banks & regulatory authorities.

Candidate profile	The ideal applicants should be in possession of a post-secondary qualification coupled with excellent communication skills and fluency in both written and oral English. Preference will be given to applicants who can fluently speak a third language.
