Employer Description Our client is a trust management company servicing a largely international high net worth clientele. The company is seeking officers at various levels to join its mixed team of trust and corporate administrators.
   
Job Description Daily responsibilities include the preparation of corporate documents, compliance with statutory requirements, client support and liaison with regulatory authorities. Applicants should fluent in both written and oral English and another foreign language.

The role of Corporate Service Officer requires a team player capable of co-ordinating work within the Corporate Services Dept. of the company and maintaining a seamless service delivery with the advisors and directors of the company.

   
Candidate profile The ideal applicant should possess a relevant post-secondary qualification in financial services or accounting and fluency in both written and oral English together with another foreign language.  Work experience in a trust management, corporate services or audit firm background will be considered an asset.
