Employer Description	Our client is a trust management company servicing a largely international high net worth clientele. The company is seeking officers at various levels to join its mixed team of trust and corporate administrators.

Job Description	Daily responsibilities include the preparation of corporate documents, compliance with statutory requirements, client support and liaison with regulatory authorities. The role of Senior Corporate Service Officer requires a responsible team player capable of co-ordinating work within the Corporate Services Dept. of the company and maintaining a seamless service delivery with the advisors and directors of the company.

Candidate profile	Candidates should come from a trust management or corporate services or audit firm background and should ideally possess a post-secondary/tertiary qualification in accounting, law or financial services. Fluency in both written and oral English and another foreign language is a must. The candidate should be capable of handling demanding but entrepreneurial clients and should have a track record as a problem solver with a positive attitude.
