Employer Description Our client is a leading financial services provider operating in the fields of financial planning and investment advice, stock broking, insurance, fund management, fund administration and fund advisory services.
   
Job Description This position calls for a lawyer who shall be responsible for the provision of legal services including the drafting of contracts and the provision of legal advice on matters of a corporate or business nature. Such Company Secretary shall also be managing the unit and other initiatives and all related processes, including management of staff, resources, client expectations and deliverables. These management responsibilities shall also involve participation in post implementation reviews with the clients to confirm that programmes / initiatives objectives have been met and that expected benefits are achieved.
   
Candidate profile

Apart from possessing a tertiary qualification in Law, the selected candidate must demonstrate analytical, conceptual thinking in relation to management problems and a high level of interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Successful candidates must possess excellent report writing skills and must be able to use office automation software packages. Commitment to quality management and customer service is a must as well as a demonstrated track record of competence in a related management role.
