seeking to recruit telephone support / customer care agents in view of
its continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic,

| Job Description |
The candidate shall be an experienced helpdesk
professionals helping to drive the company’s growth. The customer care
team is part of the company’s customer services department and provides
assistance to incoming telephone calls to a diverse range of customers.
The chosen personnel shall ensure that in-coming information either
through postal mail, faxes or emails are answered or disseminated to the
relative superiors as necessary. |

| Candidate profile |
The ideal applicant must have at least 6 months
experience in a customer service / Telesales role, ideally in a contact
centre environment with high call volumes. Experience of using Microsoft
Word, Excel and the Internet are a must. The ideal candidate should have
a flexible approach to working in a dynamic environment and must prove
to be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude. |
