| Job Description |
The holder of this position within the Sales division
will be responsible for the provision of financial planning advice to
new and existing clients. The Financial Planning Manager will conduct
thorough fact finding, review client needs and discuss findings and
possible solutions with clients. It will also be the Financial Planning
Manager’s responsibility to keep in regular contact with existing
clients and also to develop new client relationships. High standards of
compliance with company and MFSA requirements should be maintained at
all times. |

| Candidate profile |
Candidates for this position should be self-motivated
and have a creative, analytical and persuasive positive nature, should
be able to work as part of a team and to organise own work on projects
within a set framework. Strong written and oral communications skills,
especially in Maltese and English and excellent interpersonal,
presentation and communication skills are also required. The selected
professional must be proficient in MS Office, including office
automation software packages, especially publishing and presentation
tools. An appropriate tertiary qualification is required, preferably
B.Com (Hons.) Banking & Finance or Certificate for Financial Advisors (CeFA))
or acceptable combination of knowledge, education and experience. |
