| Job Description |
Reporting to the head of Investment Services, the
selected candidate will be responsible for the continuous development
and improvement of the Fund Administration division. The Business
Development Manager should recommend innovative ways of building the
business through the identification of target markets and generation of
market opportunities. The selected candidate shall also be responsible
for creating a network of business introducers, both locally and
internationally and to develop strong business partnerships with
clients. Moreover, with a focus on client satisfaction, it will also be
the Business Development Manager’s responsibility to actively seek
feedback on the effectiveness of service delivery. |

| Candidate profile |
The ideal applicant would be a Financial Services
professional with strong commercial knowledge and experience in the fund
administration business. A degree in a business/marketing related field
will be considered an asset as well as knowledge of any other languages
apart from Maltese and English. The preferred candidate must
demonstrate excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and must be
self-motivated and target oriented. A proactive and meticulous approach
to work, as well as attention to detail are essential for this position
as well as experience in managing contractual agreements, corporate
clients and negotiating new business
